When we build homes, we make aspirations come to life. Founded by Late Shri Gopal Chandrabhan Sharma, GHP Group is a real estate company that transforms visions into realities. Currently the organization is led by three strong pillars – Mr. Prashant Sharma, Mr. Dikshant Sharma and Mr. Himanshu Sharma.
The legacy of building dreams began, post-independence; Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru motivated Shri Gopal Chandrabhan to contribute to building a progressive nation. Powai wouldn’t be what it is today, without the major contribution of the Sharma family. The year 1975 was the turning point for Powai, which was not developed to its full potential.
Under the flagship of GHP Corp, Powai’s development began with Gopal Sharma’s construction. After the fruitful establishment of IIT, Prashant Apartments became Powai’s landmark property, followed by Bhawani Tower.
Over the years, our company has emerged as being a reputed one, after displaying innovation and creativity in a wide range of projects, ranging from residential complexes to commercial centres to exotic plazas.
The 'Midas Touch of the GHP Group has not remained confined to the construction arena alone, as can be gauged from the fact that it has diversified into a host of other areas. From the initial step of constructing Powai's first modern building in 1975, GHP has grown by leaps and bounds. With our dedicated efforts and labour of love, several complexes are ready for possession while many ongoing construction sites would soon be available for occupation.
In the city that has seen haphazard development and a steady fall of values, it is our endeavour to provide superlative quality and value for money in whatever we venture. Having tasted the fruits of success in construction, education, health and hospitality, the coming years will see us venture into many more areas. The challenge is immense, we have to surpass the bar we have set for ourselves, and we have to set standards for others to follow. It will only happen with mutual trust that we have bestowed upon each other. After all, we have got communities to bind for generations to come.
